The apartments at The Sebel Melbourne Malvern are absolutely fantastic! They are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer complete privacy. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are a huge plus, allowing me to feel completely self-sufficient during my stay. The private balcony with expansive views was an added bonus, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring.
One thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much was the flat-screen TV with cable channels. However, this is just my subjective opinion and I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.

New place for great price. Fairly clean property really close to Caulfield racecourse, train station, trams, supermarket and Chadstone shopping mall, shops and trainstation. The room was spotless and top-notch, the bed exceptionally comfortable. Roll in showers, hairdryers, a walk-in shower and bathrobes available. Quiet atmosphere combined with fantastic service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and classy decoration of the hotel. The common areas were tastefully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy access for people with mobility challenges, with well-maintained ramps and spacious elevators. It made getting around the hotel a breeze.
The staff could have been more attentive and helpful towards us seniors. I found it frustrating that the children working there didn't always assist us with our needs or take the time to provide extra assistance when required.

The apartment was new, had fantastic location right by shops and transport, public transport and the train line. Accommodating property staff. During the stay everything was good and I got wake up calls as a compliment. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area in the room. Had a nice coffee at Caulfield Plaza Bakery, located 5 minutes walk away.

We had a great stay at the Sebel in Melbourne. the apartment had a fantastic layout with all the amenities we needed. the view from our room was stunning, stretching from the city to the Dandenongs. Despite being close to a busy road and train tracks, the noise was barely noticeable. the location was perfect for us; it was a quiet alternative to staying in central Melbourne but still easily accessible. There were plenty of food options nearby, and the beds were comfortable. the staff, as well as the other guests, were friendly and made us feel welcome. it was a wonderful experience.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. The housekeeping staff was beyond lovely and did an excellent job. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions and amenities.
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and there were indications of drug use on the premises. The room was noisy, the heating was faulty, and there was a lack of customer service when it came to refunds.
